mish, please tell your SuisseBear that this attitude of banks in Europe is completely different when it comes to "inner circle" clients, and big corporation who almost have driven Germany banking system on the verge of bankruptcy.

Further bribery and graft is very wide spread in those circle contrary to the US who was smart enough to have some very strict laws in this respect (See US Code Title 18 Chapter 11, www4.law.cornell.edu , or Chapter 47, www4.law.cornell.edu, or Chapter 63 www4.law.cornell.edu which laws are not commonplace in Europe)

There is no secret that European bankers of all stripe would best serve as the inhabitants in some "gulags" with forced labor. They deserve it in fullest.
