Michael - hey I agree with you on all of the benefits and the ultimate outcome. My simple point is that it is unwise to disregard the ability of political opportunists to manipulate information to their own selfish needs. Unfortunately electorates here and elsewhere have large amounts of emotion as their guiding light and a great lack of intelligence. Bob
