From a purely trading perspective over the next 48 hours, I would not expect any dollar-bear celebration in the forex markets--nor, any significant bullishness in gold or silver.

Longer term the G7 meeting was meaningless yes, because all the trends remain intact.

I might get back into CDE if gold slumps tomorrow as I think it might.
