Bush is going to get his talking points accross and repeated by ignoring Tim's questions altogether. Ari Fleischer was the master of ignoring questions. Rumsfeld ignored Russert's questions when he appeared on MTP some months ago. Rumsfeld's statement re: terrorists "find them, capture them and (summarily) kill them" went whizzing past Russert, I presume, since Russert made no comment.
