One thing that is ultimately going to trash the US dollar is the rest of the world is going to get sick of buying them simply to support it's relative value.

You have to be kidding.
They can't get enough of the things.
Europe is talking of intervention now.
That will provide a second buyer in case Japan "gets tired".
