Did you catch Mr Bush's response to Tim Russert's question regarding fiscal conservancy? It was illogical how he attempted to explain it away and blame others for his fiscal incompetence. He seems completely unfamiliar with the national budget issues. He also trotted out his old chestnut, "We're at war," so I guess that means he's entitled to spend whatever it takes to kill all the foreigners he doesn't like. He neglected to mention to that the war was of his making and sets a precedence for preemptive war.
