I can't log on to my windows XP laptop? What happened? Says to click on name to log on but there are nolonger any names. When I get the log on window and type my name...no password...doesn't allow anymore? Can't reset w/o administrator option in control panel? Apparently,main administrator password has been lost,on my Compaq presario The problem is there never was a password and my user name or administrator or guest don't show up at boot up? I tried to fix by safe mode, but there was no administrator option?
