Partytime, Bush is doing a reasonable job, same as the UK's Blair.
It is a damned if you do and damned if you don't situation.

Saddam may have not had any WMD, but he sure played coy and refused to allow detailed inspections!! Why did he do this? He wanted his neighbours to cower in fear and kowtow to him in spirit. He nearly succeeded, until he was shown to be a stingless wasp.
So if we had not gone in, he would have played his game, his sons would have carried on with their sadistic practices, which also empowered the rest of his armed forces to be just as bad.
So we lose a few hundred soldiers a year, that is what they signed up for and the situation gets beffet and better day by day, although I expect the fanatics will make a big push against the US troops in the last month before the elections in November, I expect the Democrats to help with this, as they do now.
