It's idiotic! Even OBL's infamous video tape from just after 9-11 seemed to indicate that he was counting on the US's clumsy reactions to do more damage to our Constitutional liberties then he EVER could with all of his terrorist friends combined. I quote: "freedom and liberty will be dead in the West...." IMO, it appears that he's actually counting on Bush's ill-considered reactions (alienating our previous allies, striping American's Constitutional liberties, fanning the flames in the 'terrorist recruiting fields', etc.) to ultimately advance his murderous little Theocratic counter-revolution....
