"Kerry WANTED to cut intel spending"? But didn't, did he? Notice the word the right-wing spin doctors slip in "WANTED TO". That could mean anything. Could mean he wanted an accounting first and to take out some pork. Could mean he wanted some resources to the FBI instead of the CIA. Whatever. Get your facts straight ebfore you make inaccurate blanket statements.
