hmmm..... velly interesting

so you think the housing market is so strong it will withstand some slight rate hikes then? Realistically we should be able to withstand a few basis point hikes from the fed without hurt to a strong economy. The cash out refis are done though, they have to be. Jobs have to pick up to keep consumer spending going.
