Kay showed they had factories that could have been dual purpose but found no evidence of producing Bio or Chemical weapons. The comment on seeking fissile material has been shown to be false as it refers to attempts to buy material from Niger. The ballistic missile technology was applied to missiles to get their range above 50 miles and they did have a very small number, less than 5 I believe. The drone program was a joke.

With regard to missiles, we intercepted a ship with a couple of dozen missiles from N. Korea in transit to some place in Africa (the story went), but released them......why??????
