Thanks for that site! I am considering ordering from them once I have explored it a bit farther. Right now I have a couple of months of most of my supplements at the ready.

I thought it might be fun (and helpful for me) to compare what we take. Here goes:

B complex = 50 mg x 1

c = 1000 mg x 2

E = 200 x 2

Grape Seed = 50 mg x 2

Lycopene = 10 mg x 2

Selenium = 100 mg x 2

Milk Thistle = 150 mg x 2

Lutein = 6 mg x 2

Ginkgo = 120 x 2

CO Q10 = 100 x 2

B12 = 100mcg x 1

Cayenne = 470 mg x 2

5-HTP = 50 mg x 2

Garlic = 1250 mg x 2

Zinc = 50 mg x 1

Calcium = 333 mg x 2

Magnesium = 167 mg x 2

Glucosamine = 500 mg x 2

Folic Acid = 1 mg x 2

I may have missed 1 or 2. Oh, Jesus...yes I did. The ones I keep in the fridge: Flax seed oil, vitamin E, Lecithin (this is very important to my thinking), salmon oils, and a probiotic "9 strain" acidophilus...

I will try to find you a proper screen saver at another time... :-)

Edit: B1 = 100 mg x 1
