maybe but the most expensive stocks continued to explode to the upside in 99, hard to make a case for yahoo,amzn,cisco etc being cheap in 99. QCOM had other issues, it was a special case having to do with that ericy deal and ownership of IP which was resolved in 98 if I recall correctly.
