That is the most notable statement in the entire report.

They know damned good and well that those "manufacturers" left (what other industries are considered "exporters?" Food processing is, of course a la Cargill ... is finance considered "exporters?" Namely big Wall Street and banks; GE (Cap One); insurance, etc) are hiring any new positions and many existing functions off shore in India and Bangalore; the Phillipines and China.

I noticed the Cigna is finding it necessary to terminate 3,000 employees ... seems that the leading health insurer is experiencing losses of premiums. Customers are walking. I pity the CEO. He's probably not making enough money.
