Hi Jay: The situation reminds of a special kind of hell, where the "clients" (the hellees) are up to their mouths in st and whisper to each other "Dont make waves". Which is of no big help to them anyhow because the devil (the heller) zooms by on the jetski every ten minutes. What I understand G7 said was a sotto voce "dont make waves" - iow "this is a non-event". I'd assume 1.28() some time this week and when/if € gets to 1.30 ... I have yet to see any signs of nervousness or readiness to blink at EZB. Whichever way one looks (your a-e is a good AS IS and a probable AS WILL BE for some time as well), the sum of all parts is tilted.
