regulations and laws designed to manage or prevent distasteful things

Those ordinances don't ban adult bookstores or massage parlors or unregistered vehicles but merely segregate them to make them less objectionable. There is a salient difference between managing and preventing. Your ordinances are not at all the same as discriminating against a class of people.
