I am ACATing my account (ALL) to Scotrade .... I have not found another discount broker to match their fees, services and what I have researched. Under the weather pretty bad so bear with my posts please.

But holdijng cash of sells till clear is holding your money hostage and then the sell pitch crock on opening a margin account. Total nonsense.

BTW only found Ameritrade & Etrade that do this little scenario.

Gary Swancey and you can if you want to tell Scotrade my name because I have had at lenght discussion with several of them and have made notes on thus scenario.
