No major vets groups oppose Kerry. The ones you see on the web are just a few guys of the Ollie North ilk. Or maybe just RNC operatives. I tried to register and post on one such site and they immediately censored me. So you're getting a false picture when you read their comments.

Kerry enjoys the support of major vets groups all across the country. He and McCain have equally been the two best friends vets have had, along with Max Cleland too. Kerry will be campaigning with his Brothers In Arms across the country. Many of them are Republicans but they love John.
