He was cheating on his wife and preying on a young woman who was an underling and was infatuated with him. And while there was an active sexual harrasment case against him (which he appears to have been guilty of). It is more of a judgement issue than a moral issue, but even on the moral ground he did great harm to America. From you standpoint that this behavior is ok and normal, I am sure you believe "no damage done". But there are now a generation of children who believe oral sex is not sex, as the President of the United States so eloquently stated. And there are millions of adults who were starting to believe that men of power preying on underlings for sexual gratification was wrong (see Bob Packwood), but are now comfy and cozy not only with the ex-president's behavior, but the 30% or 40% of our population that just thinks this is "human" behavior and is to be expected.
