Kerry will take the high road but also fight back with moral authority. He's not going to respond to the low-level stuff only the highest level stuff. However, he will take on the general smear campaign being waged, which include trivial BS like botox, what brand this or that he uses, what woman he used to date, etc.

Every day he will hit Bush with another hard blow. Expect them to connect because of the truth behind them. Bush is already looking weak-legged and in a corner. If this continues for months someone might have to stop the fight on account of Bush bleeding. A lame duck before we know it.
