That's a joke. Remember John McCain in SC in 2000? You couldn't get much lower than what W's operatives did to McCain there, but it worked good. Whatever it takes is Rove's motto. The idea of W reigning in Rove is amusing. I think W has a pretty good idea how he got to where he is.
