I like its short term chart, its part of my portfoilio.....ready for breakout the latest comments from Briefings.com: PairGain Technologies (PAIR) 21 3/16: The market overreacted to potential impact of pricing pressures in the HDSL market, as company's expanded product mix, growing international presence and improved manufacturing efficiencies will enable it to post strong double-digit sales and earnings growth in the years to come. Stock trading at discounted multiples based on estimated FY98 sales and earnings. Briefing expects the stock to experience material multiple expansion over the next 12- to 18-months. Our l/t price target is 28 1/2. It should be noted that the PAIR's technical configuration improved a bit lately, as stock recently moved back above its 50-day moving average for the first time since February. Increased volume during the current recovery also bodes well.
