Goodwill could include accounts receivable as as asset. I am unsure what the scope of goodwill entails, but it may be a way to let in a company close to the requirements that doesn't quite meet them. The market cap is the share price * the outstanding shares. If my estimates of outstanding shares are close, the current market cap is around 3,000,000.
