All Tenet is doing now is trying to protect both his job and his boss. I say ignore his twisted logic, and examine only what he admits as truth. Use your own logic. Tenet's ability to successfully "implicate" is sadly impeached by his inability to figure out the WMD situation in Iraq despite all the assistance from the inspectors working for the UN.
