You are right in that they don't HAVE to say anything... and that it is totally their own decission... But, if you think about it, don't you think it is strange for someone to sell 25,000 shares of a stock at $1... when if the patent is validated the stock could bring them 10, 20, 50 times that amount. On the other hand, if you think that the patent is bogus... then it makes all the sense in the world to sell it at $1.00...
So, if Cavior could give us some additional info as to their decission to sell, it would be nice (i.e. if someone holds 1,000,000 shares you don't care if they sell 25,000... but if they hold 30,000...selling 25,000 is a different story).
They don't have to... but it would nice if they did tell us more. |
