AS, Well, 2.6 million is a reach, but it could easily beat 2 million. Remember, hiring traditionally lags a pickup. People work a bit harder, add a little overtime, use some temps, and when they are sure the growth surge has some legs, well they add some full timers.

So expect some catchup months in May, June, July and August as the slack inventory channels get filled for the fall..xmas buying spree.
