<<<Tenet's ability to successfully "implicate" is sadly impeached by his inability to figure out the WMD situation in Iraq despite all the assistance from the inspectors working for the UN. >>>
1. Thousands of tons of WMD's existed at one point in time
2. They have not been found in Iraq yet.
Several things could have occurred
They were burned, in which case Saddam is a hypnotist who erased the memories of the people who burned them.
They were buried, and again Saddam is a hypnotist.
Them were sent out of country, and once again Saddam erased the memories of those involved in moving them.
WE could then assume that Saddam is a hypnotist, and being still alive is erasing the memories of those searching for the WMD's. They could be in plain sight, and we and the UN Inspectors have probably walked right by them on many occasions but forgot the incidents.
But the argument fails: Saddam is not a hypnotist -if he was a hypnotist he could have prevented the war.
Even if Saddam erased the people involved, instead of just their memories, some bystanders will have seen or heard something, Perhaps an olive grower taking a pee outside at 3AM.
Thats the guy we want to find and talk to
