I do most of those things, though a few are just in my multi, so are in lesser amounts. But some of those on your list are headache triggers, for the susceptible. For example, acidophilus, ginko, grape seed extract, and bioflavenoids (which I see isn't on your list) are all headache triggers.

5HTP, I did try, after reading an article about it, and have no idea why I didn't reorder.

I do all those fridge items, too. I'm not utterly consistent, I'm afraid. I'd give myself a B or B- on consistency.

A male should add saw palmetto and pygeum, imho.

Speaking of headache triggers, I was listening to a Mrs. Gaskell novel on tape (she's a fun and underappreciated 19th novelist), and came across a reference to a character's being indisposed due to a "fresh bread headache." Fresh yeast is a headache trigger that doesn't appear on many of the lists neurologists give to people, but it's a definite one, and it interested me that this trigger was evidently commonly recognized in 1850.

I should design my own multi, which you've done. Maybe I should just print yours out and add my own faves, like pycnogenol...
