I wonder if he, or some other dirty trickster, is the source of the recent ricin scare. Sure seemed like the moment Bush dropped below the 50 percent approval mark, the nation got a nice new dose of a terror scare via the ricin incident. I hate to be so cynical, but something doesn't add up in the manner in which that ricin was discovered--at least based on the information I've seen to date on the incident.
