Relax, while I understand this is not the end of the world it is not a positive. Reimbursement is potentially going to be for only one year. Thus before starting treatment one must make decisions on what one will do 12 months in the future.

Did you, or did you not think people would just stay on Raptiva? I did. Why stop? Now, of course this is only one insurance companies policy and it may be designed to save money rather than prevent harm to the insureds.

But it is an additional complication.

You do see it as such, don't you????
