Jake, people especially journalists will write anything to make money. This article is an attempt to smear his military record. He is not the only one doing so. Even FOX News, who consider themselves to be respected, have started to smear Kerry. They do so very blatantly. The press generally get people from both sides. FOX gets people on the show who toe the neteork's political line.

Anyway, the more people smear Kerry, and the less they talk about Bush being AWOL, The less they talk about Bush, the son of a rich family battling alcoholism, while Kerry and all the veterans serving in combat for their country, the more it will enrage the American people.

The people are angry. This is not the era of Willie Horton when people were prosperous after the end of the Reagan Presidency.

Now get this straight. They are angry against Bush. A Vote for Kerry is in reality a vote to get Bush out of there. The Bushies better come up with a reason for why Bush should remain there. Instead if they try to tell the American public why Kerry should not get in the White House, as this article does, they would be wasting their time.

The people are angry. Real angry. It is all about pocketbooks. Clinton said it best when he said: It is the economy stupid.
