to get a quote, use OBDCF for US pinksheets. The quote will only show up after mkt close and it is thnly traded and the spread is pretty big cause this is gray mkt. If you want direct quote from Sweden's NGM market, use www.etrade.se and at top put in OBDC. The conversion rate right now from Swedish Kronens to US dollars is 7.2. So just divide the kronen amt by 7.2 and you will get US price.
