Am SP, Are there more businesses being started, more small shops that make it harder for jobs to be counted. Sure the big hits in IT and union jobs are real.

I think we will see more jobs as time goes by.

Just in time inventory systems tend to postpone new hires until there is a certainty about the order flow. At that time overtime drops and newhires begin.

Is there an overtime report from the labor dept? That might show it.
