Not dumb enough to be unable to distinguish between a man's ability to run a country and his inability to keep his dick in his pants and tell the truth afterwards. How about you, are you too dumb to recognize that many of our most effective ceo, world leaders and others people that have contributed immensely to society have been people that have great weaknesses of character in some parts of their lives? How about the alternative? Are you too dumb to recognize that some of the most moral, righteous and strong charactered people have done immense damage to society in leadership positions as a result of their ineptitude and inability to exercise vision and judgement? Or maybe you're too dumb to even know that such questions need to be examined? "Morally good" people can do bad things if they are in positions for which they have no talent. "Morally weak" people can do great things if they are in positions where they have great talents. Get used to the idea; it may lead to some smarter choices in your life.
