Re: <<Nasal Spray>>

Yeah, this fellow did a thorough job of research on the product before writing the article.

You seem to have a problem with the term. Zicam is nasal, and the pump sprays it. Seems pretty clearcut to me.

You know, if Zicam is supposed to be applied to very outer rim of the nostril, not sniffed up, and in general not used like any other nasal spray, maybe -- just maybe, mind you -- they shouldn't put it in exactly the same kind of bottle Afrin comes in.

I have no doubts that what MTXX says in its defense is technically correct -- that in the trials, no one had this kind of problem. Of course, in those trials, every participant was doubtless carefully instructed as to how to use it properly. In the real world that simply doesn't happen, and in this case it's not hard to think that MTXX should have seen this coming.

MTXX's arrogant handling of this is going to hurt the entire homeopathic industry at the rate they're going. MTXX should do the responsible thing and recall the nasal-pump version of Zicam Cold Remedy. Now.
