FED continues to reduce the monetary float as evidenced by

the pattern of lower highs and lower lows.

And longer term monetary charts (included in prior posts the past week) show this isn't a short term issue. But a major contraction.

The Greenguy is engineering a correction in the markets and I think it's going to be a very severe one, possibly even a new Bear Market.

Noticed that some other folks are also begining to notice this ominous monetary situation.

The theme may look like inflation to a lot of folks right now, but this monetary environment is very deflationary, particularly in context with the overwhelming debt burdens in the American economy.

The recent commodities rallies were largely due to Chinese demand. But in terms of word monetary floats, the Chinese money supply is tiny compared to that of the US.

For the conservative investor/trader:

Those whose risk profile and trading style includes shorting and working with bear funds are wise to be starting their engines, then put the pedal to the floor when their work spots the timing signal to do so.
