Jim, OPEC is the other problem, but they talk out their asses just like Snow and his strong dollar rhetoric. And I would think the OPEC members are a little pissed they are getting paid for the most part in declining dollars, so they may be trying to work an offset. As usual, the OPEC numbers will have some leaks, as they all cheat, but it does put that perception in peoples minds... Just makes it more fun for us futures traders...
