Oh boy...are you saying that Ghadafi's surrender of nuclear program had nothing to do with his realization that he could be the next dictator to be hunted down like an animal in a hole? When he saw those videos of Saddam Hussein looking like a street derelict, Ghadafi decided not to take the chance of being next on list.
