That's the problem with liberal methods...placing studies & measures in a 'lockbox' means nothing to terrorists who view lack of retribution as weakness & continue their attacks. When they know there will be a swift price to pay, they choose targets more carefully and eventually become dispirited & ultimately disband.

Within past few days communications were found that prove the current bunch of thugs in Iraq have become desperate & were asking for help from al Qaeda. Slowly but surely our forces are wearing them down.

If Kerry was in the White House on 9/11, he would still be awaiting the final committee report on why the terrorists don't like us--before deciding whether to take action or not.
