Am Sp, The US dollar adjustment over the next 2 years will bring jobs back. Gold will go above $500, or maybe even $600 by 2006, and the USA will be humming. With lower US$ we will get more tourist earnings from foreigners and US people will spend less.
By the castro will have craoked( maybe) and Cuba will become a democracy on it's onw, like the rest of the easern block.
