OT Lizzie, People who worked in TS, Call Centers, Assembly Mfg, certain IT work, and database software development, should retrain for a growth area.

The problem is: hightech's industry leaders aren't adequately telling people what areas people should retrain out of, and what areas people should retrain into. So this leaves too many Bay Area people wondering, which is a waste of valuable resources and their time.
