It has been the case for several years although the position was never a large percentage of net worth it peaked in early February of 2000 when I began divesting

I stand corrected. I just would have thought that after four years the emotional divestiture would have begun to kick in...

So, why should I be required to read the directions, your honor?

I see it going more like this. Opening statements. The class action attorney has two bottles on his desk, one of Afrin and one of Zicam. He picks up the Afrin bottle, and says pleasantly, but with maybe a hint of condescension, "everyone knows how to use this, right? Just stick the nozzle up your nose and pump," while demonstrating as such. Then he picks up the Zicam bottle and in a much sterner voice says, "you do what I just did with this product and not only will the result be very painful, but you could lose your sense of smell. Permanently."

Your move.

(Kevin, in another life we would be friends)

Why you let an "insignificant" investment in a stock get in the way of that I have no idea.
