well what is your issue with disclosure. There is also an issue that with this offshoring we now have executives salaries so out of whack with reality and nothing happening there either. Some of these executives should be offshored in truth, in order to adhere to fudiciary duty. Notice not much offshoring of executives is going on. I am for options expensing also since options are only being used for executives now.
