Key words I took also from your post, though they were all good.

Cheap money going to speculation amid decreasing opportunities to profit, iso's "dead zones", seeing this in the market is a deadly combination. Dead Zones are also readily observable in US business and corporate angst, where the opportunities to invest are being heavily overcome by cost cutting. Along with cheap money, we can note cheap assurances from the media..

In my view I see two eventual outcomes, Japan redux or Bernanke's Printing Press. Perhaps as either/or, perhaps even as both until either the Green Machine Printing Press or the Nipponese Redux blows the other, and the dollar Matrix, to kingdom come.

This is not happy speculation, but it is what it is.
