Andy may be right! Throw out all the fundamentals and take a look technically, it appears INTC is at a critcal point. Serious resistance in the 75 range in the short and longer term. INTC is ready to make a big move to the upside or downside. My research is indicating to the downside based on the weekly MACD. In the current market, I find it hard to believe any stocks will be making new highs. Just my opinion.
