"Republican Welfare States" who receive more per capita than they pay in taxes are Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, North and South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, North and South Dakota, Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, Utah and New Mexico and West Virginia. The rest are the Democratic leaning States who support the Republican Welfare States.
