I don't know how can diminish the fact that direct (largely the BOJ) purchases of this large auction was solidly over 40%? He makes a very odd statement here. Also the Fed did a permanent pass for their buddies of $1.311 billion on Monday, to "help" this auction along. US taxpayers can also thank Easy Al and his pom poms today as well.
