Tim, a Stalinist "Do as we say" government is not what we should be seeking. It should be a voluntary association of states which are free to come and go as they like. I don't want to be part of a China/Taiwan/Hong Kong type world government where some bossy types order people around and threatens Taiwanese with murder if they don't comply. I prefer the association of NZ/Oz/USA/Britain/Canada where none have to do anything the other says, but it goes much better if we find commonality. If King George II started ordering NZ around, he'd find a belligerent response. Chuck Swindells is a good guy [though I don't agree with everything he says, of course]. The concept of government as Big Brother Big Boss is the fault with the common conception of World Government. Mqurice
