We had a mobile home renter on a rural piece of property. They defaulted to the bank and simply abandoned the property. The bank never would even bother to come pick the hunk of junk home up and move it. We had to remind the bank that they owned it and if they didn't come get it that rent was accumulating. Still took em a year.
